You’re Not Alone. You’re Here with Hailee.

From solid ground, we rise.

Trauma-informed, identity-affirming therapy for individuals, children, teens, and families in Miami and virtually across Florida.

There are seasons of life that feel steady — and others that feel like everything is shifting around us all at once.

Maybe your inner critic has gotten louder than you’d like.

Maybe anxiety is showing up more often.

Maybe your relationship feels strained.

Maybe your child is struggling and you’re not sure how to help.

Maybe you’ve always been the strong one – and now you need a place to breathe.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.

I’m Hailee, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern in Florida, and I work with individuals, couples, children, teens, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, and the pressures that come with high-performance environments.

Therapy with me is safe, steady, collaborative, and grounded in real life.

We move at your pace. We make space for your story. We build something stronger – together.

Who I Work With

Therapy looks different for everyone and people come to therapy for many different reasons. I work with individuals, children, teens, and families navigating many different experiences. Below are some of the areas where I most often support individuals and families:

Trauma & Nervous System Healing

Understanding how past experiences shape the body, emotions, and relationships.

Anxiety & Stress

Helping you understand anxiety and develop tools for steadiness and regulation.

Children, Teens, & Families

Supporting youth and families navigating development, emotions, and life changes.

Athletes, Coaches, & Performance Families

A supportive space outside of high-performance environments and systems to process pressure and identity.

Life Transitions

Exploring change, identity development, and the evolving seasons of life.

Identity, Culture, & Intergenerational Healing

Exploring identity, culture, and generational patterns that shape how we move through the world.

Not sure where to begin? You don’t need to have it all figured out. Therapy can start wherever you are.

Hailee Strong

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and paced for your growth.
I am especially drawn to work that honors the transitions people move through across the lifespan – adolescence, emerging adulthood, relocation, relationship shifts, parenthood, and identity development.

Together, we explore relationship patterns, family systems, and self-perception, while building practical tools to navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and heal from difficult experiences.

Therapy with me is relational, trauma-informed, and paced for your growth. Together, we build insight, practical tools, and emotional steadiness so that healing feels real, grounded, and sustainable

Here, therapy is:

  • Safe and supportive – a place where you can share openly without judgement

  • Collaborative – we work together to discover what truly helps you

  • Culturally aware – honoring your identity, background, and lived experiences

  • Developmentally informed – responsive to your stage of life and growth

  • Practical and grounded – focused on tools that actually support everyday life

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Meaningful change happens when you feel
understood – not judged.

Here, the relationship always comes first, and then we integrate different approaches like trauma-informed care, attachment and family systems theories, and cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based tools to support your growth.
