Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced to your growth. My goal is to create a steady space where you feel safe slowing down, reflecting on your experiences, and exploring what may be shaping the challenges you’re facing. 

I integrate attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-informed, and family systems approaches to meet each person and family where they are. Together, we explore relationship patterns, family systems, and self-perception while building tools to navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and heal from difficult experiences.
